About the role

The L3 Support Engineer will provide SME-level support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Appgate ZTNA and iBoss SWG platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment.

What you'll do

• Administration of Appgate controllers, gateways, connectors, and client agents
• ZTNA policy configuration, entitlement management, and access troubleshooting
• Platform monitoring, log analysis, and health checks, Client connectivity, authentication, and SSO issue resolution
• IBoss SWG administration and configuration
• Web filtering, URL/category management, SSL inspection, and policy tuning, Agent/PAC behavior troubleshooting and client-side issues
