Track Manager - GCP Security, Palo Alto Firewall

About the role

This role is responsible for overseeing the operations and continuous improvement of cloud and perimeter security services within Google Cloud Platform environments. The individual ensures operational excellence, drives process innovation, and empowers the support team to deliver on complex project requirements and client SLAs.

What you'll do

• Oversee and optimize cloud security operations by implementing advanced GCP Security tools and perimeter security solutions
• Lead incident response and problem resolution for complex security events using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and GCP-native security services
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational workflows, leveraging automation and monitoring tools
• Mentor and guide the security operations team in best practices for cloud and perimeter security
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client security requirements
