Track Manager - Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

About the role

This role drives operational excellence in large-scale workplace virtualization environments on Google Cloud Platform. The individual ensures continuous service improvement, delivers on client SLAs, and empowers teams by providing technical leadership, fostering innovation, and supporting complex enterprise operations.

What you'll do

• Lead operations management by optimizing workplace virtualization processes using GCP tools such as Compute Engine, Cloud Identity, and Virtual Desktop solutions
• Oversee support operations by implementing automation and monitoring solutions on GCP to proactively identify and resolve incidents, minimizing service disruptions
• Mentor and empower team members in GCP best practices for workplace virtualization, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the operations team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data from GCP’s Operations Suite to enhance reporting, workflow efficiency
• Collaborate within the team to gather and interpret complex client requirements, translating them into effective GCP-based virtualization support solutions
