About the role

A Security Architect & Automation Engineer designs secure IT infrastructure and develops automated tools to detect, prevent, and remediate threats. They bridge high-level security strategy with hands-on Python/API-driven automation, focusing on cloud security (e.g., Azure/AWS), CI/CD security, and AI-enhanced security workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead operational management of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Azure AD, ensuring high availability, security
• Architect and implement IAM process improvements using automation tools and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, workflow efficiency, and incident management
• Oversee and drive resolution of escalated IAM issues by applying expert knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP) and access provisioning tools
• Mentor and guide IAM support teams in deploying and maintaining identity lifecycle management solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client access requirements into scalable IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory mandates
