About the role

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations in complex and large-scale environments. The individual drives operational excellence by developing advanced IAM strategies, ensuring robust access controls, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead operational management of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Azure AD, ensuring high availability, security
• Architect and implement IAM process improvements using automation tools and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, workflow efficiency, and incident management
• Oversee and drive resolution of escalated IAM issues by applying expert knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP) and access provisioning tools
• Mentor and guide IAM support teams in deploying and maintaining identity lifecycle management solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client access requirements into scalable IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory mandates
