About the role

This role drives the design, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions for complex operations using DevOps practices and technologies. The individual leads operational excellence initiatives, mentors team members in advanced scripting and automation, and ensures alignment with client objectives through expert use of tools such as Jenkins, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible.

What you'll do

• Lead automation strategy and implementation using Jenkins and Ansible, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines and efficient deployment processes across enterprise environments
• Architect and optimize operational workflows by developing advanced PowerShell and Python scripts to streamline system administration, monitoring, and incident response
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for DevOps toolchains including Jenkins, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
• Oversee the integration of automation tools with existing systems, ensuring seamless management reporting and information flow aligned with organizational goals
• Drive process innovation by evaluating emerging automation technologies and introducing solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency
