Track Manager - OKTA, CyberArk PAM

About the role

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing the operational management of Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solutions and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms in complex, large-scale environments. The individual drives continuous improvement, ensures high-quality service delivery in alignment with client SLAs, and empowers teams through expert guidance and process innovation to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

What you'll do

• Oversee IDaaS operations by leveraging OKTA to manage user lifecycle, authentication policies, and access provisioning
• Lead CyberArk PAM operations by configuring and maintaining Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM modules, enabling robust privileged account security and compliance
• Implement and optimize operational processes using advanced IDaaS and PAM tools to streamline management reporting, incident resolution, and SLA adherence
• Mentor and guide technical teams in the deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of OKTA and CyberArk solutions
• Analyze and address complex client requirements by designing and delivering tailored identity and access management solutions using OKTA and CyberArk platforms
