About the role

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - L3 Support : to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of critical production systems and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex incidents, automating operational processes, improving system resilience, and driving operational excellence across enterprise environments.

What you'll do

• Erve as the highest technical escalation point for critical production incidents
• Lead troubleshooting and restoration activities during major incidents
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions
• Minimize service disruptions and improve system reliability
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response activities
