About the role

SAP Basis Engineer (L3) with 9+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, SAP landscape management, system architecture, performance optimization, upgrades, migrations, incident management, and platform operations. Responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of SAP environments while leading complex troubleshooting, major incident resolution, upgrades, and operational governance.

What you'll do

Lead administration and support of enterprise SAP landscapes including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and Solution Manager
Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and lifecycle maintenance activities
Perform advanced troubleshooting of SAP application, transport, interface, system, and performance issues
Lead major incident resolution and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical SAP outages
Manage SAP kernel upgrades, SPS updates, database connectivity, and system performance optimization
