About the role

Security Incident Management Process Lead / Consultant We are seeking an experienced Security Incident Management Process Lead / Consultant to own and drive the Security Incident Management (SIM) framework across the organization.

What you'll do

• Own and govern the Security Incident Management process and associated playbooks
• Lead incident classification, prioritization, escalation, and resolution governance
• Coordinate Major Security Incidents and drive crisis management activities
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), post-incident reviews, and lessons learned
• Define and monitor incident response KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics

• 10–18 yrs of experience
