Track Manager (Support & Operations)

About the role

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in REXX, JCL, scripting, IBM System Automation, NetView, workload automation, event-driven automation, monitoring, and operational tooling .The individual will work closely with Mainframe infrastructure, operations, application, monitoring, scheduling, security, and DevOps teams to reduce manual effort, improve service availability, accelerate recovery, and enhance operational efficiency across business-critical Mainframe platforms.
