About the role

iAutomate Platform Lead (L3) Tools Transformation – iAutomate Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience: 10–12 Years Role Summary The iAutomate Platform Lead (L3) will be responsible for driving automation and tools transformation initiatives using the iAutomate platform. The role will lead the design, onboarding, governance, and optimization of automation solutions across infrastructure, cloud, workplace, service management, and operations domains.

What you'll do

• Lead the adoption and implementation of iAutomate across infrastructure and operations environments
• Design and develop automation workflows, orchestration processes, and self-service use cases to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, workplace, application, and service management teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize automation roadmaps
• Review and onboard operational processes into the iAutomate platform, ensuring alignment with governance and security standards
• Develop reusable automation components, workflows, templates, and best practices to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives
