About the role

Responsible for end-to-end project governance, budgeting, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, risk management, and Scrum leadership across global teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end project and program delivery including planning, budgeting, execution, and governance
  • Lead Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Drive service delivery excellence, KPI/SLA management, forecasting, and operational governance
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, executive reporting, audits, UAT planning, and RCA activities
  • Lead transition, transformation, and change management initiatives
