Track Structure Designer

About the role

The Ballastless Track Designer leads the design and integration of track components in EPC railway projects, including track slabs, fastenings, turnouts, rails, expansion joints, and buffer stops. The role ensures compliance with UIC, EN, AREMA, and RDSO standards while driving innovation, digital workflows, and seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Track Design & Alignment: Develop horizontal and vertical alignments, optimize track structure, and ensure compliance with technical standards
• Track-Structure Interaction & RSI: Address structural dependencies, rail-structure interaction, and regulatory considerations
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with industry standards and manage technical documentation
• Construction Support & Procurement: Provide technical support during execution and assist in procurement strategy
