About the role

Responsible for classifying commodities, software, and technology with Harmonized Tariff System Numbers (HTS) for US,EU and AP Countries. Responsible for classifying commodities, software, and technology with Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) according to the Bureau of Industry and Security Commerce Control List (CCL) and other EU and AP country laws and regulations.

What you'll do

• Responsible for classifying commodities, software, and technology with Harmonized Tariff System Numbers (HTS) for US,EU and AP Countries
• Respond and maintain classification data in the SAP-GTS, and complete classifications assigned within the defined turnaround time
• Ensure data integrity related to classification and value information declared to Customs authorities
• Responsible for ensuring legal compliance within government rules and regulations pertaining to classification
• Support implementation of approved internal trade projects related to classification and other import and export area

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com or BBA
