Trade Finance Officer

About the role

TORQ Commodities Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Finance Officer to join its Finance & Treasury team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting trade finance operations, managing banking documentation, monitoring cash flows, coordinating compliance requirements, and ensuring the timely execution of trade-related financial transactions.

What you'll do

• A. Trade Finance & Banking Operations
• Prepare, maintain and update Trade Finance Management Information System (MIS) reports, including financing utilisation, outstanding facilities
• Prepare and submit Cash Against Documents (CAD) presentations and supporting documentation to banks
• Coordinate with Trade Operations to obtain trade receipts, shipping documents
• Monitor trade finance transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to financial institutions
