Trade Operations Analyst II

About the role

The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting operational processes by ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role analyzes data, investigates issues, collaborates across teams, maintains documentation, and identifies opportunities to improve processes. The Analyst is expected to learn new business areas quickly, take ownership of assigned work, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting operational processes by ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Execute daily operational activities while meeting established quality and productivity expectations
• Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Work with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resolve operational issues
