Trade Services Processor

About the role

In this role, you will work across activities such as collections, payments, trade acceptances, and letters of credit while collaborating with internal partners to resolve issues and deliver a strong customer experience. This is an opportunity to build your expertise in trade operations, contribute to efficient and well-controlled processes, and support solutions that help customers manage their trade and working capital needs

What you'll do

• Provide support for processing new collections, payments, trade acceptances and tracing outstanding items
• Advise and issue letter of credit amendments along with negotiating letter of credit documents
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
