About the role

We are looking for a Planning & Strategy professional to support business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves identifying business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-backed decision-making.

What you'll do

• Develop short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis
• Support annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Track key business KPIs and prepare management dashboards/reports
• Identify growth opportunities, cost optimization areas, and process improvements
