About the role

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items as per First Coffee standards. Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment. Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, taste, and serving standards. Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items as per First Coffee standards
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, taste, and serving standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter, workstation, and café
