As a Trainee in our Payroll Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and compliance with local payroll regulations, particularly in the Philippines.

• Collaborate closely with the finance team to reconcile payroll data, identify discrepancies, and assist in implementing efficient payroll systems
• Generate and analyze payroll reports, providing valuable insights to management

• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service regarding payroll matters
