About the role

Trainees are typically recent graduates or entry-level employees who are learning about the organization, its processes, and their specific roles. They are exposed to various tasks within a department to gain hands-on experience and develop both technical and soft skills Trainee programs often include rotations across departments, mentorship, and participation in projects to prepare them for future responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day operations and complete assigned tasks under supervision
• Participate in training modules, workshops, and orientation programs to understand company policies, procedures, and culture

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Class 12
