About the role

As a Process Trainer, you will play a crucial role in our Business Process Management team, specifically within the Voice Support department. Your primary responsibility will be to train and develop new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in our Business Process Management team, specifically within the Voice Support department
• Implement training curriculums and achieve desirable training outputs
• Develop training content and review existing materials for revisions
• Create classroom agendas, timelines, and content flow for effective training
• Monitor new hires' progress during on-the-job training days

What you need

• 1.5–5 yrs of experience
• Voice process
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
