About the role

We are looking for an experienced trainer to join our team and help us deliver top-notch soft skills training. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging training sessions, covering a range of essential soft skills. The role is crucial in helping our clients develop their communication and interview skills, ultimately enhancing their employability and career prospects.

What you'll do

• Conduct rigorous mock interview sessions, providing constructive feedback on body language, voice modulation, and answers
• Create and update training materials, ensuring they are engaging and relevant to the target audience
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training experience
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific training requirements

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate
