Trainer (GIS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Trainer – Mapping/GIS to manage end-to-end training activities for mapping and geospatial operations. The role involves delivering process and tool training, managing training batches, assessing trainee performance, maintaining training documentation, and ensuring associates are production-ready.

What you'll do

• Conduct classroom and virtual training for Mapping/GIS and annotation processes
• Train associates on mapping concepts, process guidelines, tools, quality standards, and workflows
• Manage the complete training batch lifecycle , from induction through assessments and certification/readiness
• Conduct knowledge checks, assessments, refresher sessions, and coaching based on performance gaps
• Track training metrics such as attendance, assessment scores, learning progress, and batch performance

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Classroom management
• Communication
• Any graduate
