Trainer Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Trainer (Intern) to support the onboarding, training, assessment, and certification of Field Operators working on large-scale field operations. This is a hands-on training role, not a conventional classroom-only position. You will be responsible for taking candidates through the complete training journey, from onboarding and practical training to assessment and certification.

What you'll do

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for Field Operators.|
• Explain SOPs, technical processes, and field procedures in a simple and actionable manner
• Demonstrate correct equipment handling and operating procedures
• Manage training batches and maintain discipline, engagement, and focus
• Take ownership of trainees from onboarding through certification
