About the role

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery of training sessions, track participant progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical knowledge and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Plan and schedule technical training sessions focused on incident ownership, resolution, and communication skills, including room
  • Bookings and virtual meeting setup
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for technical training delivery, ensuring all necessary resources and tools are available
  • Manage distribution of technical training materials and access credentials to participants
  • Oversee logistical aspects of technical onboarding, including system access and introductions to relevant teams

What you need

  • 5–10 years in teaching & education
