About the role
To handhold New Hires from their DOJ to the end of Process Training where all their issues are resolved. Connect with Training Managers for seamless training delivery. 4-6 years of overall Experience.
What you'll do
- Deliver new-hire and refresher training for ISP repair operations
- Train agents on structured troubleshooting and escalation judgment
- Design and update training content, SOPs, and assessments
- Conduct certifications and floor-readiness evaluations
- Partner with SMEs and QA to address skill gaps
