About the role

We are looking for an experienced RCM Trainer - AR with strong expertise in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable, Claim Follow-up, Denial Management, and Appeals .

What you'll do

  • Conduct new hire and refresher training programs
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments
  • Identify knowledge gaps and deliver performance improvement training
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance process performance
  • Monitor trainee progress and training effectiveness
