About the role

The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and conducting training activities to meet internal Bell Techlogix and client needs. This role will be instrumental in developing content for improving skillsets across all accounts. The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and conducting training activities to meet internal Bell Techlogix and client needs.

What you'll do

• Create an unforgettable learning experience
• Design, plan, organize training activities and/or programs for employees
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual presentations, and on-the-job training to both technical and support personnel
• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
• Support administration of the training programs, including enrolling users and assigning curriculum and courses

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• PowerPoint
• Diploma
