Training Consultant

About the role

Since 1981, we have helped leading companies transform their learning ecosystems while increasing the business value of learning. We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-driven Training Consultant to join the Learning & Delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning solutions, delivering impactful training programs, and supporting business stakeholders in achieving learning objectives.

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements and identify training and development needs
• Design, develop, and implement effective learning solutions and training strategies
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and stakeholders
• Create and maintain training content, learning materials, assessments, and knowledge resources
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Process improvement
