JD for Training, Logistic Improvement and Kaizen Incharge
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing, coordinating and conducting all training programs for new as well as Experience manpower
- Shop Improvement activities (Kaizen)
- Overseeing all aspects of material flow management inside plant, Material variance analysis, Packaging improvement, BOM Checking etc
- Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest
- Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting
