About the role
To impart training to Sales Manager in order to upgrade their job knowledge through the induction and develop their skills through interventions periodically in the areas of recruitment and selling skills workshops which would impact the their productivity. Incumbent need to take care of one circle of Bancassurance channel
What you'll do
- Training Manager - TPD
- Deliver the required number of stipulated maydays' to ensure better Training Coverage
- Monitor progress of SM's on a continuous basis
- Training exposure in financial domain is preferred
- Create Measurable impact on productivity
