About the role

To design, execute, and track structured training programs for all retail outlet employees of KS Bakers, with an emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, hygiene, and SOP adherence through Wooqer .

What you'll do

  • 🔹 Training Need Identification
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments across 30+ outlets in collaboration with Operations and Area Managers
  • Analyze performance gaps, customer feedback, and audit reports to identify focus areas
  • 🔹 Wooqer-Based Digital Training Management
  • Design microlearning modules, quizzes, and digital SOP checklists on Wooqer
