Training Manager at TMI Group. 1 Assume overall responsibility for delivery of training to the students as per the set quality parameters.

What you'll do

• 1 Assume overall responsibility for delivery of training to the students as per the set quality parameters
• Preparing session plans and lesson plans
• Implementing training aids and methodologies ( case study, role play , simulation etc) in class room
• Develop processes and systems for ensuring that the training quality in the assigned school is of uniform quality and scales up as per the market requirement
• Conduct training on the basic knowledge of the domains assigned

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Lesson planning
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹15k–₹25k a month
