About the role

Induction trainings for Cluster Managers, AVPs of Field Operation and Support Function. Maintenance of monthly training MIS and ensure the man days target of Field operation are met. Stakeholder engagement to understand the training need and showcase the training effectiveness Execution of Certification Programme , E learning and Assessments

What you'll do

  • Ensure smooth operation of Field Training Unit through his/her Training Managers
  • Developing the capabilities of the Training Managers
  • Developing the potential CMs and BMs for the next level
