Training Organizer Job

About the role

Where the counselling desk guides people, this seat builds and runs the programs they enter: scheduling the summer and winter training cycles, maintaining the curriculum database and training records, hosting train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject-matter experts, and keeping the facilities and equipment every session depends on ready.

What you'll do

• Organize and schedule the summer and winter training cycles against their participation targets — calendar, rooms, trainers and materials locked in before day one
• Maintain the updated curriculum database and the training records for every cohort — what was taught, by whom, to whom, with what outcome
• Use: LMS platforms, Curriculum databases, Scheduling and calendaring suites, Survey and assessment platforms
