About the role

Responsibilities include facilitating, administrating and participating in the research, development, and evaluation of Citco's in-house training programs and initiatives. Actively contribute to all stages of the training cycle from needs assessment to the successful implementation of programs and communication of evaluation results.

What you'll do

• Work within the global training team to meet service level targets set for location and area of responsibility
• Support the Senior Training Partner with the implementation of training initiatives
• Support the implementation of a training and development culture throughout the Citco organisation
• Plan training facilitation days monthly in advance according to business priorities and individual LMS requests
• Schedule preparation time in advance of all facilitated courses to ensure that you are sufficiently prepared and knowledgeable to deliver content to a high quality…

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Any graduate
