Transaction Monitoring (TM) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Transaction Monitoring Specialist to support our rapid growth and strengthen our transaction monitoring framework. This role focuses on transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while enabling business growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor customer transactions to identify suspicious or unusual activity through transaction monitoring systems and manual reviews. The responsibilities include…
• Prepare and file CBWTR, STRs/SARs and other regulatory reports with FIU-IND or relevant authorities within prescribed timelines
• Support internal and external audits, respond to regulatory queries, stay updated on AML/KYC, norms and PMLA, IFSCA and RBI guidelines
• Collaborate closely with operations, product, and business teams to ensure effective risk management, close compliance gaps and continuosly improve relevant SOPs
