Transaction Reporting Manager

About the role

The firm's transaction reporting managed services function is growing, and this role sits at the centre of that expansion. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the end to end management of client transaction reporting workflows, acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal technology teams and compliance stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team supporting clients across their transaction reporting requirements
• Own client enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient and timely resolution
• Support clients in understanding platform functionality and resolving day to day reporting issues
• Take part in client training sessions and site visits
• Escalate issues promptly and track them through to resolution
