Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

The Tax Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance and review of Transfer Pricing (TP) tax related activities, benchmarking governance, operational TP support and related party transaction oversight. The role ensures compliance with TP policies and documentation requirements while acting as the primary liaison between Corporate Tax, Finance, Controllership, Legal, market teams, GBS teams and external service providers.

What you'll do

• Ransfer Pricing Documentation & Compliance
• Manage the annual transfer pricing documentation cycle, ensuring compliance with global and local requirements
• Review TP documentation, benchmarking studies, related-party transactions, and intercompany charges for policy alignment
• Support operating model changes, transfer pricing calculations, and policy implementation
• Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders and operational teams

• B.Com or Chartered Accountant
