What you'll do

• Lead for major transformation or strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that all divisions are prepared for transformation
• Act as key liaison between groups, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress
• Monitor the progress of initiatives, track KPIs and other metrics, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior leadership
• Ensure consistency, alignment, and optimization of policies, processes, and initiatives across the NewBiz Group related to key strategic initiatives
