About the role

Synthesize inputs from multiple business units into concise, fact-based insights. Proven experience partnering with CXOs, Managing Directors, or Boards. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership team.

What you'll do

Work closely with the CEO on high-impact strategic decisions
Drive enterprise-wide performance and business transformation
Act as the central intelligence and strategic support function for the CEO's Office
Monitor performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities
Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to leadership
