• Own the integrated transition journey from solution identification and knowledge transfer through readiness, go-live, Hypercare and sustainable handover to Operations
• Work at the centre of business, GBS, technology, functional and service-provider teams, connecting multiple workstreams into one executable transition plan
• Drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, challenge readiness where required, and help leadership make informed phase-gate and Go/No-Go decisions

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• ERP
• Learning and development
• Supply chain
• Procurement
• Class 10 or B.Tech or B.E.
