Transportation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator Executive with proven expertise in import logistics , line haul operations , and transport rate negotiations . The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth movement of goods across international and domestic supply chains, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, while delivering strong MIS reporting for management decision-making.

What you'll do

• Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas suppliers
• Manage customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
• Monitor shipment schedules to minimize delays and optimize costs
• Plan and execute line haul movements across regional and national routes
