What you'll do

• Plan and handle all international travel for the founders: itineraries, visas, forex, insurance, lounge access and on-ground support
• Process visa and travel-document requests, and track passport and visa validity for frequent travellers
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies and cab vendors; maintain preferred vendor rates and corporate accounts
• Enforce the travel policy, approvals and budgets; flag overspend and find cheaper options without hurting the traveller experience
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, delays and emergencies, and be reachable when a founder or client trip is at risk

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Travel booking
• MIS reporting
• SOP writing
• BBA

• GST
