Treasury & Markets: Head Structured Credit

About the role

The Head - Structured Credit will be responsible for building and leading the Bank's Structured Credit business. The role will drive origination, structuring, underwriting, execution and distribution of structured financing solutions for corporate, institutional and sponsor-backed clients while ensuring alignment with the Bank's risk appetite, governance standards and return objectives.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the strategy for the Structured Credit business in line with the Bank's growth, risk and return objectives
• Originate, structure and execute bespoke financing solutions including acquisition finance, structured lending, event-driven financing
• Lead evaluation of transaction economics, cash flows, collateral structures, covenant packages and documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity sponsors, investors, arrangers, rating agencies and other market participants
• Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, internal approvals, documentation, syndication and distribution
