Treasury Cash Management & Banking Operations Specialist - VOIS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Cash Management professional to lead cash accounting, bank reconciliations, payment controls and banking operations within a complex, multi-entity environment based in Ahmedabad. This role combines treasury operations expertise with digital transformation capabilities to improve financial control, operational efficiency and automation.

What you'll do

• Lead Cash Accounting and Reconciliations
• Own daily and period-end cash accounting, ensuring transactions are complete, accurate and appropriately recorded in the ERP and relevant sub-ledgers
• Lead reconciliations across bank statements, payment platforms, collection files, clearing accounts, cash-in-transit accounts and the general ledger
• Drive timely resolution of unmatched, duplicated, rejected, returned and aged items with appropriate ownership and supporting documentation
• Establish consistent standards for reconciliation frequency, ageing, review, certification, evidence retention and escalation
