About the role

What you'll do

• Play a key role in supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Treasury and Payment solutions
• Collaborating with Treasury business, service partners, project & operations managers to drive continuous improvement activities
• Contributing to the deployment of Treasury Solutions, including configuration, testing, training key users, and post-go-live support
• Assisting application support team on L1 and L2 incidents, monitoring incident queues, and ensuring timely resolution
• Performing root cause analysis for high-priority incidents and driving continuous improvement initiatives

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Treasury

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com or MBA
