About the role

The FIS Treasury Enhanced Application Managed Services (EAMS) team provides proactive functional and operational support for clients using FIS treasury and payments solutions. The team monitors critical processes, owns first-line investigation and service coordination, and connects clients with the right FIS specialists to maintain resilient day-to-day treasury operations.

What you'll do

• Own complex incidents and service requests from initial assessment through restoration, resolution, or effective hand-off, ensuring clear accountability throughout
• Analyze issues across treasury process, application, interface, data, scheduler, and infrastructure layers using available diagnostics, logs, and operational evidence
• Assess business impact and priority, coordinate resolver teams, manage escalations, and maintain accurate client and stakeholder communication
• Lead operational monitoring and validation activities covering payments, statements, interfaces, reconciliations, batch jobs, application availability
• Drive problem management and root cause coordination, identify recurring patterns, and translate findings into preventive actions, knowledge, automation
